This policy defines our principles and commitments in waste management and environmental services, and applies to all of our operations, employees, suppliers, and partners across Saudi Arabia.

تقليل وإعادة التدوير — Reduce & Recycle

نقلّل النفايات من المصدر، ونرفع نسب الفرز وإعادة التدوير، ونحوّل المخلفات بعيداً عن المرادم كلما أمكن. — We minimize waste at the source, raise sorting and recycling rates, and divert waste away from landfills wherever possible.

الامتثال التنظيمي — Regulatory Compliance

نلتزم بكل أنظمة البيئة السعودية واشتراطات المركز الوطني للرقابة على الالتزام البيئي (NCEC) والهيئة العامة للنقل (موان). — We comply with all Saudi environmental regulations and the requirements of NCEC and the General Transport Authority (Mowan).

نقيس بصمتنا الكربونية ونعمل على خفضها باستمرار دعماً لأهداف الاستدامة في رؤية 2030. — We measure our carbon footprint and continuously work to reduce it in support of Vision 2030 sustainability goals.

النطاق والهدف — Scope & Purpose

  • تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع المواقع والعمليات والأنشطة التابعة للشركة. — This policy applies to all company sites, operations, and activities.
  • تُلزم كل موظف ومقاول ومورّد بالعمل وفق مبادئها. — It binds every employee, contractor, and supplier to act according to its principles.
  • تهدف إلى تقليل الأثر البيئي وتحقيق تحسين مستمر في الأداء. — It aims to minimize environmental impact and achieve continuous performance improvement.

إدارة النفايات — Waste Management

  • فرز النفايات من المصدر وفصل الخطر عن غير الخطر. — Sort waste at the source and separate hazardous from non-hazardous.
  • نقل ومعالجة وتدوير المخلفات في منشآت معتمدة فقط. — Transport, treat, and recycle waste only at certified facilities.
  • إصدار شهادات تخلص آمن وبيانات وزن موثّقة لكل شحنة. — Issue safe-disposal certificates and documented weight manifests for every shipment.

الامتثال والتشريعات — Compliance & Legislation

  • الالتزام الكامل بنظام البيئة السعودي ولوائحه التنفيذية. — Full compliance with the Saudi Environmental Law and its executive regulations.
  • التوافق مع اشتراطات NCEC وتراخيص موان لنقل المواد الخطرة. — Alignment with NCEC requirements and Mowan licenses for hazardous-material transport.
  • مراجعة دورية للتراخيص والتصاريح وتحديثها. — Periodic review and renewal of licenses and permits.

منع التلوث — Pollution Prevention

  • معالجة المياه العادمة والنفايات السائلة قبل التخلص منها. — Treat wastewater and liquid waste before disposal.
  • خطط استجابة سريعة للطوارئ والتسربات. — Maintain rapid response plans for emergencies and spills.
  • رصد جودة الهواء والمياه والتربة في المواقع الحساسة. — Monitor air, water, and soil quality at sensitive sites.

الطاقة والانبعاثات — Energy & Emissions

  • تحسين مسارات النقل وصيانة الأسطول لخفض استهلاك الوقود. — Optimize transport routes and maintain the fleet to cut fuel consumption.
  • الأتمتة الرقمية لتقليل استهلاك الورق. — Use digital automation to reduce paper usage.
  • قياس البصمة الكربونية وخفضها سنوياً. — Measure the carbon footprint and reduce it year over year.

التدريب والتوعية — Training & Awareness

  • تدريب مستمر للعاملين على السلامة والممارسات البيئية. — Continuous training for staff on safety and environmental practices.
  • نشر الوعي البيئي بين العملاء والشركاء. — Raise environmental awareness among clients and partners.
  • تشجيع الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفة بيئية دون تردد. — Encourage reporting of any environmental violation without hesitation.

القياس والتحسين المستمر — Monitoring & Improvement

  • وضع أهداف بيئية قابلة للقياس ومراجعتها دورياً. — Set measurable environmental targets and review them periodically.
  • تدقيق داخلي منتظم على الأداء البيئي. — Conduct regular internal audits of environmental performance.
