  • تطبيق نظام إدارة جودة يضمن رضا العملاء. — Apply a quality-management system that ensures customer satisfaction.
  • مراجعة وتحسين مستمر للعمليات والإجراءات. — Continuously review and improve processes and procedures.
  • الالتزام بمواعيد ومواصفات الخدمة المتفق عليها. — Meet the agreed service schedules and specifications.

حماية البيئة — Environmental Protection

  • منع التلوث والتعامل الآمن مع النفايات الخطرة. — Prevent pollution and handle hazardous waste safely.
